Unfortunatly there aren't many people around these days that feel that way, it's always hurry up. Why is it taking so long? This and that. The worst of it is they are getting something for free that they cannot do but they still must be rude.... sad.gif

I see so much of that these days..... Really sad.

i use a forum where the rules used to be, there are no rules smile.gif

we did get some now though since a few sites went down and we got a lot of new members, before common sense was enough laugh.gif

How about uploading at least as much as you have downloaded, there seems to be alot out there that take the files and run without giving anything back, i`m sick of getting halfway thro` a download only to find that there are no seeders

welll , we cant exactly keep track of people on Exeem through this forum .

I think what hellfire said should be a basic outline , and I wouldnt exactly ban religious and political discussions . Its better to just create a forum dedicated to Deeper things so the people who dont want to hear whatever crazy beliefs each other has dont have to watch if they decide to do so .

Sorry for the double post , but I thought I should make a note that we need the official rules up sometime . I just recently noticed someone taking advantage of the fact that we have not yet made any clear rules .

PS - if you dont have the time , I could write up something similar to what most other forums have .

That would be much appreciated. Send them over by a PM whenever you have the time. I must agree with HellFire though that religious and political discussions would have to be put on the back burner, atleast for the time being.
